Building Effective Teams

In a changing economy, a great team can help you adapt to the downturn and keep moving in the right direction. This coffee and candor will help you think deeper about how to build a high-performance team, even when you're operating with limited resources.

Much of the work that's accomplished by organizations is achieved through collaboration; and how a team functions will ultimately impact the quality of that work. At this session you'll gain a better understanding of what you, as a leader, can do to provide support and guidance that takes your team to the next level.

The discussion will give you ideas and insights -- courtesy of your fellow business owners and a team development expert -- into building a team that saves you money, bends and flexes to take advantage of strategic opportunities, and positions your company to emerge from the downturn in a stronger position.
