The Course for Presidents

This 2 ½-day program is designed to show what you can do to improve the effectiveness and productivity of your company. Part I will introduce the Aileron Professional Management System, a proven and structured approach to running an organization. This system focuses on six key areas: leadership, strategy, culture, people, structure, and business controls. Once they're in place, these building blocks of a successful enterprise can help you simplify and control your business, reduce risk, adapt to the changing marketplace, and move closer to your goals.

Part II of the Course for Presidents, included with the cost, is a professional management assessment with an Aileron business advisor where you’ll develop a personalized action plan. Our business advisors will help you apply what you’ve learned to your business, and provide you with a deeper understanding of where your organization currently stands. This one-on-one session can be scheduled at your convenience, and can be conducted on the campus, or via a phone or web conference. You’ll walk away with a set of prioritized issues and a personalized action plan to start making immediate improvements to your business.
