The Course for Presidents

The marketplace is always changing. How can you adapt, grow, and thrive in this challenging and dynamic environment?

As the leader and owner of your organization, it's your job to ensure that your company prospers over the long term. But like many other business owners, you might need a helping hand to gain control over your business and reach that next level of performance.

This 2 ½-day program is designed to show what you can do to improve the effectiveness and productivity of your company. The goal is to get your organization rowing in the same direction by using a system of management that ensures your business remains under control, achieving its desired outcomes.

Part I will introduce the Aileron Professional Management System, a proven and structured approach to running an organization. This system focuses on six key areas: leadership, strategy, culture, people, structure, and business controls. Once they're in place, these building blocks of a successful enterprise can help you simplify and control your business, reduce risk, adapt to the changing marketplace, and move closer to your goals.

Practical and powerful, the Aileron Professional Management System can help you step away from the day-to-day details of running your business and focus on its long-term success. It offers a variety of benefits:

  • Enterprise-wide focus
  • Operational clarity
  • Organizational discipline

Part II of the Course for Presidents, included with the cost, is a professional management assessment with an Aileron business advisor where you’ll develop a personalized action plan. Our business advisors will help you apply what you’ve learned to your business, and provide you with a deeper understanding of where your organization currently stands. This one-on-one session can be scheduled at your convenience, and can be conducted on the campus, or via a phone or web conference. You’ll walk away with a set of prioritized issues and a personalized action plan to start making immediate improvements to your business.

As a Course for Presidents participant, you’ll also benefit from:

  • A campus day pass that can be used at any time
  • Access to annual professional management assessments for two additional years
  • Access to peers in your program and the opportunity to network with hundreds of business leaders who have participated in other Aileron courses
