Technology is changing at a rapid pace, and a company website is no longer the extent of a digital marketing strategy. Today, tablets, smartphones, and other devices are changing the way companies market to and interact with customers.
Many small businesses find it difficult to stay on top of rapidly changing technology and are unprepared to capitalize on the opportunities digital marketing provides. Now, small businesses can gain perspective (and a digital marketing strategy they can implement) from a group of individuals who are living the digital lifestyle every day.
Aileron has partnered with the University of Dayton to offer the UDevelop Digital Marketing Strategy program. The program partners small businesses with a team of four University of Dayton juniors or seniors who are pursuing a marketing degree. Participating businesses receive a customized digital marketing plan and strategy created by the University of Dayton student team, while the students gain valuable real-world business experience.
During the program, you’ll hold an introductory meeting with your team so they can learn about your company, previous digital marketing efforts, and specific digital marketing objectives and expectations. After this meeting, your team will begin developing a customized strategic digital marketing plan and will meet with you on two additional occasions to address any follow-up questions and to update you on their progress.
The team will present their digital marketing plan to your company during a final meeting. The students will prioritize each component of the plan, so you know what strategies to implement and when. Upon completion of the UDevelop program, you can extend an internship to one of the members of the student team who can help your company execute the strategy.
The entire program is overseen by a University of Dayton faculty member.

Aileron offers the UDevelop Digital Marketing Strategy program twice a year, during the fall and winter semesters.
