Steve Staub is the president of Staub Manufacturing Solutions, a metal fabrication and manufacturing company based in Dayton, Ohio. An ardent practitioner of professional management, Steve attended his first Aileron offering in 2004. His strengths as a business leader include long-term planning, strategic thinking, and cultural development.

Steve passionately believes in giving back to the community and has served on several boards and committees, such as the Dayton Tooling and Manufacturing Association, where he served for seven years and was president of the association in 2008. He has also worked with a wide variety of non-profit organizations and private businesses, helping them with strategic planning, organizational structure, and corporate culture.
