Facilitated by Erika Alessandrini, the program builds on the ideas from her book, Maybe It’s Me: Looking Inward to Create Real Change Through Conscious Choices. Throughout the 7 month program, you’ll learn a framework for making conscious choices under pressure that enhance your performance and protect your well-being, relationships, and purpose.
